After exhausting the initial 2 working days of free support, additional assistance will be billed at an hourly rate of CHF 94.00 (plus VAT) as long as we have not engaged in a Collaboration Level Agreement together. The hourly rate is calculated based on the minimum hourly rates yearly approved by the Finance Department of the University of Bern (Stundenansätze 1).
